Lesley Waters is a regular on BBC Two's 'Ready Steady Cook'. She's also written several cookery books and teaches at her cookery school at her home in Dorset. She studied French cuisine at Ealing College before joining Prue Leith's restaurant in 1978 where she became senior chef.
