Thomas Keller is an award winning American chef, author and food campaigner.
He is the chef/proprietor of a number of restaurants, including Per Se and The French Laundry, which both hold three Michelin stars. After a culinary career that has spanned over nearly four decades, Thomas has recently limited his work in kitchens to concentrate on consultancy and other projects.
