Matthew Fort is a highly regarded food writer and critic, and author of several books.
In 1992 he was Glenfiddich Food Writer of the Year, and in 1993, Glenfiddich Restaurant writer of the Year, as well as The Restauranteurs Association Food Writer of the Year. He has been the Food and drink editor of The Guardian newspaper, and has presented several television shows including the Good Food Channel's Market Kitchen. He is also a judge on the BBC's Great British Menu.
