London-born former rock drummer and songwriter Graham Garrett has run restaurants for renowned chefs Nico Ladenis and Richard Corrigan. He then bought his own small restaurant, called The West House, in Biddenden, Kent, which was awarded its first Michelin star in 2004.
As well as winning many accolades for the restaurant, Graham has also cooked dinner at 10 Downing Street for visiting dignitaries and was honoured to cook a private dinner for Her Majesty, the Queen of England.
