Born in Minori on the Amalfi Coast, Gennaro Contaldo is one of the most respected chefs in London and is widely known as the man who taught Jamie Oliver all he knows about Italian cooking. Today, Gennaro is still very closely involved with Jamie's projects, and is in charge of creating the menus and training new chefs for Jamie's Italian chain.
