Antonio Carluccio is a leading authority on Italian cooking and has written nineteen best-selling books over the last twenty years.
With his ex-wife Priscilla, he founded the Italian food shop, Carluccio’s, and the series of Carluccio Caffès. Antonio was awarded an OBE and has also been given the Commendatore award by the Italian government for his contribution to Italian food.
At the end of 2012 he launched his memoirs, Antonio Carluccio’s A Recipe for Life. He also appeared back on the BBC for the hit series Two Greedy Italians where he once again visited Italy.
