Marmalade Awards: Making the best batch

Marmalade from around the world has made its way to the World's Original Marmalade Awards.

Winners are announced at the marmalade festival in Cumbria this weekend.

Preserves specialist Vivien Lloyd shows how to get a great set when making a three-fruit "merry" marmalade.
