What's your best blag? |
It's November 1995 and I'm doing the Breakfast Show at BBC GMR in Manchester. Delegates from all over the Commonwealth gather to decide where the 2002 Commonwealth Games should be held. Number of cities on the shortlist? Er, one - Manchester. So for this very difficult and taxing decision, members of the Commonwealth can either meet on the Isle of Man or the island of Bermuda. Guess where I got to go for a week. |
