An outstanding film. Well worth a repeat viewing.

wanda
Very subtle intelligent film, American George Smiley. Brilliantly absorbing.

Mark
Boring...boring ....boring.

Jambo
Left me yawning into my popcorn. Matt Damon, you fool!

Gill
An exciting subject made dull as dishwater with its length and strange directing. Robert de Niro stick to in front of the camera not behind it! No Acadmey award for this one!

Adil Certel
Good film, but whatelse can be said for it.

Bryan
Three hours that I'll never get back. £8 that could've been spent on something else.

too long, too slow. good story but could have been dealt with in 1.30hours. matt damon is walking around in this film a,d talikng like a ghost. No emotion.i like the idea of setting the history of CIA from 1945-1961 though.

we really enjoyed it. Damon really is a talented actor. Good performances from De Niro, Baldwin and Angelina Joile too.

Mark
Too complicated for its own good! Three hours passed and still didn't have a clue as to who half the characters were.

Martin
I agree with your reviewer: just plain boring. I can cope with that sometimes, but this film is nearly 3 hours long! Don't bother...

A Goodfella
A long and complicated movie. One that has some excellent actors, a great director, beautiful soundtrack..a recipe for success.. Sadly something went badly wrong!!

David S
Lacks an emotional heart. The narrative is over eloborate and in the end you end up feeling indifferent to any of the story lines.

Al
Nearly three hours of monotony? The shepherd may be good but this sheep would rather see the wolf!
