Loved it, first class edge of your seat thriller. Cluzet is totally convincing in the lead role. The twist(s?) at the end are completely unexpected.

It's a great book...so I was wary how this would translate to film...so I was relieved that Monsieur Canet has done it justice. Frantic, emotional, confusing, nerve-wracking - everything it should be and more. Set up Dr Beck's character really well and made you invest in him, making the rollercoaster ride that follows all the more engaging. Great stuff! French flair has worked well here!

at first i thought this was going to be another horror film where there drive to the lakeside and eventually get chopped up. however there were many twist from the start which kept you tuned in the whole way through. definate must see.
