If you can watch this film without crying at the end, then you have no soul!

Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without Jimmy Stewart. If you're feeling bummed this will make everything seem alright. Merry Christmas Bedford Falls!!!

If you don't love this film you're not human. Don't be put off by its age, if you haven't seen it make sure you see it now. Then buy the dvd so you can watch it every Christmas from now on. A truly beautiful film.

I watch this film every Christmas Eve with my wife and kids. Christmas just wouldn't be the same without it.

This is a Christmas film in a class of its own. Yes it's sentimental, but it's also harrowing - not only does it centre around George's suicide attempt, but watch that look in James Stewart's eyes when he realises that nothing in 'Potterville' is as he remembers it.My only gripe ? Great to see it's re-issued. But at least here in East Sussex, it's out for ONE DAY ! Very disappointing !
