Please give this year's Oscar to Anamarua Marinca (Oyilia) for the best acting performance - ever!

Huh?
I loved this movie, but what a bizarre review! After knowing what the "doctor" does to the girls, how can the reviewer say "his motivation is the fact that, should they get caught, he faces the longest prison sentence"? Furthermore, I don't see from the film how the "constricting laws" "dehumanise" him. He manipulates the girls through guilt and fear; then abuses and ultimately dupes them.

This is an excellent film, if you can stand the unremitting depression of watching it. The setting is colourless, there is little in the way of human emotion, and the theme is so harrowing as to be almost unbearable. It also has an ending which deliberately resolves nothing. A very bleak and depressing experience altogether
