Have you ever been on a road trip?
The longest road trip I've ever been on is from Minnesota to Los Angeles. Although about five days after I finishing filming, I did go to Australia and backpacked.
Are colleges really as riotous as they appear in the movie?
I went to college for about a year in California. Your first year is all partying, but after that you're just trying to make up for all the wasted time.
Were you worried that your character was too similar to your character in "American Pie"?
When I read it, I thought, well, he does have some of the same ideals. And I don't want to be known as the a***hole for the rest of my life. But I think in "Road Trip" my character is was way more charming and also, he actually believes what he's saying.
Don't you want to do more serious roles?
I thought this was serious! After "American Pie" came out, I was like "oh, I want to do drama." I always felt I was better at that, I never really thought I was funny. I was like "man, I fooled somebody." I'd love to. But you know, I just did another comedy again, so...
You have quite an uncomfortable scene in a sperm bank. Were you nervous?
It's not like I did any research or anything. Seriously though, I like doing physical comedy and when the nurse turned up, she was super-hot and I'm like, "this is the best job ever!"
