Biography

Having spent my childhood in the north of France, I took my first step into the world of media at the age of 12 when a local newspaper offered to print my comic strips on a weekly basis. Since then, I have gained skills in different disciplines such as music, animation and voice acting. Although I am a keen filmmaker, I am primarily an illustrator and some of my work now includes contributions to nationwide magazines.

Ambitions

I hope to revive the comic book industry in the UK by introducing it to mainstream audiences. The british public loves comics. It just hasn't been told that yet.

Project Development

The film "Ed B. Low" was produced in 2010 as part of my degree course in Animation at University of Westminster. The film was animated in a traditional and low-tech fashion using computers solely for colouring and editing. The entire film was made as a one man effort and should, hopefully, be an inspiration to new filmmakers and cartoonists everywhere.

Influences

The all time cartoon and comedy greats including George Carlin, Gabriel Iglesias, Monty Python, Stewart Lee, Eddie Izzard, Only Fools and Horses, Ideal, Rex the Runt, Warner Brothers' Looney Tunes and Merry Melodies, Tex Avery, Gotlib, Rene Goscinny, South Park, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Paul Merton, Johnny Vegas, Harry Enfield, Paul Whitehouse, Rubber Hose, Doctor Who, Ghostbusters, Bill Bailey, Black Books, Spaced, Porridge, Fawlty Towers, The Beano, The Dandy, 2000 AD, Lewis Trondheim, Boulet to name a few...
