I began my career in the low-budget independent British film industry, eventually becoming camera operator and Second Unit Director of Photography on a series of cult UK horror films including Sanitarium, Hellbreeder, The Witches’ Hammer and Johannes Roberts’ Darkhunters.

I trained at the National Film and Television School at Beaconsfield, studying under the likes of Brian Tufano, Stuart Harris and Billy Williams. My first feature as director of photography was Harold Gasnier’s 2001 thriller Web of Deceit for which I was nominated for the B /BBC Young Talent Award in 2002.

I currently work in drama, commercials, and promos, both on film and digital, and have been nominated twice for the Broadcast Young Talent Award – in 2003 for Darkhunters (2nd Unit), and in 2005 for classical music promo Prokoviev’s 3rd Melody.

For further information, to see clips of my work and showreel, please see my website (link below). I am based in West London.
