A scientist has become obsessed with the half-human, half-eel creature he’s studying.

In a military facility a female officer enters a small observation room where two middle-aged scientists work. She outranks them both and demands the senior scientist leave with her, despite his protestations about protocol requiring two people to remain at all times.
Once they have left, the second scientist releases a naked female eel-like creature into a filthy tiled room.
