Sam is a homeless and weather-torn being. Unclean, unwashed, untidy. He lives and breathes in the night, hidden from the world in order to forget his own demise.
Isolated in his own thoughts, he drifts further into his mind and away from reality, becoming a gaunt creature of the dark. Struggling with his own past, his own mistakes, his own mortality, he is a shadow of the man that he used to be. A memento is the only link to a life past but not forgotten, a torment and a release that haunts him.
