Shaun Williamson - expelled
Who would have thought playing the lovable ‘fat funnyman’ (his words) in EastEnders would earn someone a cult following and a part in an award-winning comedy series? Enter Shaun Williamson…
After nine successful years as Barry Evans, Shaun reinvented himself as a TV star, eventually landing a part in Ricky Gervais’ Extras. What started as a cameo role turned into a major part and by the second series Shaun was appearing in every episode.
More recently he has starred in the play Road To Nirvana in London and as the Narrator in The Rocky Horror Show. He has also appeared on Bremner, Bird and Fortune and The Secret Policeman’s Ball at the Royal Albert Hall.
In 2007, Shaun’s film Daylight Robbery will be released. His ambition is to continue to act in comedy and serious drama on film, TV & stage.
Shaun has now been expelled.
