Rising up and taking you with them

Feel-good French pop-rockers Phoenix are guaranteed to bring the party to the John Peel Stage. At a recent performance at Coachella, the Versailles quartet were joined by R Kelly on stage for a spectacular reworking of Ignition, proof that the band aren’t shy when it comes to delivering massive live moments.

Latest album Bankrupt! is the band’s fifth release in thirteen years and their biggest success in the UK so far. Momentum seems to be building for this uber cool foursome with their loyal fan base continuing to grow after recent single Entertainment earned daytime play on Radio 1. With lead singer Thomas Mars married to film director Sofia Coppella, it’s no surprise that their music is so passionate and atmospheric and their performance at Glastonbury will be the perfect soundtrack to a very fun time.
