You won't have escaped the feel good retro stylings of Rizzle Kicks over the past 12 months. Last year saw the pair catapult in to the spotlight after playing the BBC Introducing stage at both Big Weekend and the Reading and Leeds Festival, plus a killer appearance at the Radio 1 Teen Awards. This hip hop duo are certain to deliver high energy performances, putting a smile on your face and a spring in your step.
Jordan 'Rizzle' Stephens and Harley 'Kicks' Alexander-Sule have released huge hits in the form of Down With The Trumpets and Mama Do The Hump, the video of which stars the one and only James Corden. They have also brought their enthusiastic swagger to Olly Murs' number 1 smash Heart Skips a Beat and employed the production mastery of Norman Cook, aka Fatboy Slim, on their debut album, Stereo Typical.
2012 will be the year to catch these Brighton boys. With their first headline tour starting in February and the support of fans ranging from Jessie J to Stephen Fry, they are sure to give your day a kick when they hit the Hackney stage.
