Charlotte fights on!
With the first live show over, Eurovision hopeful Charlotte is in a buoyant mood, reflecting on her performance on Saturday and looking ahead at the challenges still facing her in the competition.
The young Essex singer was saved by Andrew Lloyd Webber from being the first act to be voted out of Eurovision: Your Country Needs You. Charlotte and Damien were both left in the danger zone after they received the fewest votes from the public.
Charlotte admitted that the results process was very intimidating, especially standing there with her friends the Twins, waiting for Graham to announce the results. She said, 'I was traumatised thinking no-one liked me! To be put in the bottom two is most horrible thing ever.'
However, the result has left Charlotte determined to bounce back stronger than ever this week. She says she's very grateful to Andrew for choosing to save her rather than Damien. 'If he didn't think I could do it, he wouldn't put me through... If I wasn't good enough, then I wouldn't be here. It's about talent.'
