Watch Sarah and Stuart put together the Plaistow Punch, a brand new cocktail created exclusively for the BBC Eurovision Website. The ingredients have been chosen because they're either very traditional United Kingdom flavours, or to represent Jade's heritage from the Caribbean and Italy.
To make one glass of Plaistow Punch, you will need the following ingredients:
You'll also need lots of ice, and a slice of lemon to garnish your drink if you're feeling especially sophisticated!
To make a larger quantity of Plaistow Punch, simply multiply the measurements in the same proportions - eg, 4 parts gin/whisky/rum to 2 parts Campari/lemon juice and 1 part elderflower cordial. Then top up with ginger beer to taste, or you could use ginger ale if you prefer a less fiery drink.
If you're planning on throwing a Eurovision party, why not ask your guests to bring a bottle of one of the ingredients for the Plaistow Punch?
