Biography

Andrea was born on 17th June, 1985 in Podgorica, Montenegro. She studied piano at music school, and as a fifteen-year-old girl she moved to Kotor to finish music high school. Andrea is currently a student at the Music Academy in Cetinje, in the Department of Music Pedagogy.

Andrea Demirovic

Her first public appearance was at the festival "Suncane Skale" in 2002 - a turning point in her professional career. Many more festival appearances followed, both in her country and abroad (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia) which lead to her great success in 2005 - first place on the contest "Evropjesma". A few months later she made an appearance at the "Suncane Skale" festival again, performing her hits "Sta ce mi dani" and "Planina".

Her first album, "Andrea", was released in 2006, after two years of preparation. The songs and lyrics on the album are mostly the work of famous Croatian singer/writer/composer Vesna Pisarevic.
