claire (west bromwich explorer)
Hey i am part of the 46th sandwell scouts n 30th wst bromwich guides. i went to the jamboree for the day on sunday with a few other people. It was the most amazing experience in the world. you can not put it into words, talking to all the different poeple n the way every one made u feel welcome was unbelieve. that was from one day. The whole jamboree must be amazing. The few of us that went met people from all over the world n swapped badges with them for ours n their memories. Also the amount of different uniforms there were was amazing they all looked so different although we are from the same organisaion. The was a lot of respect n love in the campsite as well because every was polite n would speak to you if you spoke to them. Some people were even giving us hugs because they had signs on them saying free hugs lol.We did our sun rise this morning and to be part of something the whole world was doin was fantastic not that we got much sleep the nite before but we remade our promise the same time as the jamboree.if any one has the chance to go i would really recomend it. it is vey worth while.
