They look like an ordinary happy family, but Jason has not always been so healthy.

When he was fifteen he found out he had a heart virus called Cardio Myopathy. Six months later he had to have a heart transplant.

Now at the age of 35 and with a young family he is recovering from a second transplant.

He learned his heart and kidneys were failing around a year ago and became very ill, to the point where he couldn't even walk three steps without getting out of breath.
