Shake a leg for Red Nose Day
Shoppers in Essex have been putting their arms and legs in and out, then shaking them all about to help raise money for this year's Red Nose Day.
Shoppers in Chelmsford have been shaking a leg for Red Nose Day.
Customers and staff at Sainsbury's in Springfield staged an impromptu Hokey Cokey, led by BBC Essex presenters Sadie Nine and Ray Clark.
People across the store abandoned their trolleys to put their left leg in and shake it all about.
Other Red Nose events in Essex included Dame Bradbury's School in Saffron Walden hiking up a climbing wall in their playground.
Elsewhere, staff at the Original Cut hairdressers shop in Witham have been taking it in turns to sit in a bath of jelly, plus Colchester Castle has been lit up in red for the occasion.
