My first listening choice was Robbie Vincent on Radio London. I have loved speech radio from that moment on. How did you first get into radio?I got into radio by phoning in!! I got through to the head of a major London radio station (LBC) and went mad complaining about the theatre reviewer. He laughed, invited me to lunch and asked me to take over! So I reviewed theatre for Simon Bates for three years before getting my own show! What is your favourite song ever?Ooooh far too tough!! It depends on the mood I am in.
Sometimes it's 'The Living Years' or 'Who Wants To Live Forever?', sometimes 'Blame it on the Boogie' (actions imperative!!) but to get me going it's Tony Moore's 'Shake Your Tree' - check him out on the net - it's amazing!! What one thing makes Essex so special? Its coastline. I LOVE the sea and we are blessed in Essex with some of the best coastline in the world!! last updated: 19/06/2009 at 14:45 SEE ALSOYou are in: Essex > Local Radio > BBC Essex Presenters > Sadie Nine |
