Does this chicken have an Essex accent?

Cilla the chicken lives in Brightlingsea and claims to have an Essex accent - hense she has had a few problems settling in with her other feathered friends. Does she have an accent? Listen for yourself to decide.

Why did the chicken have an Essex accent?  Because she had a fowl mouth!

Ok so that joke may be a little corny but Cilla the chicken who lives in Brightlingsea seems to have a different squawk to her piers.

Cilla was rescued, and hand reared in the house, after her mother rejected her.  It's thought she has picked up her regional twang from listening to BBC Essex.

There were problems trying to get the other 13 chickens to accept Cilla back at first. She sounds different to the rest and also lays darker eggs.

According to Dr Victoria De Rijke known as "Dr Quack", after her research into duck accents, it is possible for birds to pick up regional twangs in their quack or squawk.

The question is do you think this chicken sounds like she is an Essex bird?  Listen to the clips below to find out.
