Helpline

The BBC Essex Helpline is co-ordinated and presented by Angela Lodge, along with a team of volunteers.

The Helpline is open to the public on 01245 348348 from 10am till 4pm Monday to Friday, with a 24-hour answerphone running at all times.

There are three live bulletins every weekday on air at: 0930; 1130 and 1620.

The Searchline, looking for your long lost friends and relatives, is on air every Thursday at 1405.
