Tony and Sally take the important step of moving in together despite Sally’s reservations.

Sally is keen to impress in her new role as head of sixth form and organises a presentation to encourage pupils to stay on and do A-Levels. Things don’t go to plan and a row breaks out between two of the pupils, Sean (Richard Frame) and his girlfriend (Sophie Trott), and Ian is forced to intervene.

Tony has a history with Sean and gets involved to try and placate him but their conversation gets out of hand and Sean hits Tony. Tony doesn’t want to get Sean into more trouble than he is already and foolishly decides not to report him.
