Spotlight on digital television |
 |
 |
| Satellite
technology means stories can be covered anywhere in the
patch and beamed to you wherever you are via digital satellite
TV. |
|
 |
Digital
satellite viewers can now choose to watch Spotlight or any of
the BBC's other regional programmes from anywhere within the
UK.
Viewers with Freeview and cable will receive Spotlight as before.
|
|
|
 |
If
you have digital satellite, you can now watch any available
national or regional BBC news bulletin or programme - wherever
you live.
That means you can watch Spotlight for the first time using
digital satellite wherever you are in the UK.
This is a new BBC service, available via satellite, to help
you keep in touch with news and events across the country.
BBC ONE and BBC TWO will still appear at 101 and 102.
If you have a viewing card it may automatically choose a service
for your postcode, but you no longer need one to receive BBC
services via satellite.
If the wrong service appears, or you want to watch a different
one, simply choose what you want from this full list of BBC
TV channels:
