access: Disabled toilets. Ramped access. Wheelchairs available. Touch and hearing system, hearing loop and a lift. A leaflet giving full details is available at the Welcome Centre or on the website. 
transport: Located in the historic city centre. South Eastern Trains run train services from London Victoria and London Charing Cross to Canterbury East and Canterbury West stations which are both a short walk to the cathedral.
