How to be a Lazy Christmas cook
Mo Smith and Michael Collie prepare a tasty dish

When you wake up on Boxing Day and are faced with all those leftovers and your guests are arriving for lunch, what do you give them? In truth you simply want to be lazy, but have to make some effort.

Michael Collie has been getting a few tips from self-styled Lazy Cook Mo Smith from West Bromwich, who now lives in Gloucestershire.

Mo broadcasts regularly on BBC Radio Gloucestershire - where she shares recipes and Lazy Cook tips. "The recipes are designed for living in this new century; recipes to give inspiration to people who enjoy cooking but feel they don't have time any more; recipes to give ideas and encouragement to those who fear complicated recipes and lack the confidence to have a go" says Mo.

Mo and Michael take a well-earned restFor further details about how to be a Lazy Cook, check out Mo Smith's website www.lazycookmosmith.co.uk/
