Free Tickets Terms & Conditions

If you are going to register for tickets to BBC Electric Proms events then please read the following carefully.

Registration is open to UK residents only aged 16 or over, except Over 14s - Under 18s at Barfly, Liverpool for which you must be between the ages of 14 and 18 years old. Overseas entries will not be considered. Proof of age and identity will be required. Each successful applicant will get one pair of tickets.

Registration opens at 10am on the 17th September and closes at 10pm Friday 26th September before the event.

Tickets will be allocated at random on a regional basis to be determined by demand.

Only one application will be accepted per person.

Each applicant will get a pair of tickets if successful.

You will be emailed at least seven days before the event to say if you are successful or not.

The BBC does not accept any responsibility for late or lost applications. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the ticket(s). No responsibility is accepted for ineligible applications or applications made fraudulently.

Entrants can only apply using their main residential address.

The personal details you give us when entering this draw will only be used by the BBC and the company contracted to distribute the tickets for this purpose. They will be stored under the terms of the Data Protection Act. BBC Privacy Policy.

The BBC reserves the right to cancel this event and ticket process at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

The BBC reserves the right to change the line-up at any time.

The BBC will not pay for any travel costs to and from the show.

Should the event be cancelled or line-up changed, the BBC is not liable for any loss of money and expense incurred in travelling to the venue.

Tickets are free and cannot be resold. If you buy tickets from anyone they will not be valid.

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

£ 5 Pound Tickets Terms & Conditions

Registration for £5 tickets is open to UK residents only aged 16 or over. Overseas entries will not be considered. Proof of age and identity will be required.

50 people will be able to attend the event with each successful applicant getting one pair of tickets.

Registration will open in October and closes at 10pm 2 days before the event. £5 tickets are only available for Roundhouse Main Space and Liverpool Philharmonic Hall events.

Tickets will be allocated at random on a regional basis to be determined by demand.

Only one application will be accepted per person.

Each applicant will get a pair of tickets if successful.

You will be emailed at least two days before the event to say if you are successful or not.

Tickets cost £5 each. Payment will be collected at the box office where you're confirmation mail and identification will be checked.

The BBC does not accept any responsibility for late or lost applications. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
