This licence is only available to Language Centres, Language Departments and institution-wide language training departments in Adult Education, Further Education and Higher Education, schools and sixth form colleges or other establishments which are funded by bodies such as LEAs, the FEFC and the HEFC. It does not include private language companies or providers, nor can an individual tutor hold the licence.

In order to purchase a site licence 'pack' you will need to purchase a new cassette pack - licences cannot be granted retrospectively - and pay an extra fee for the licence itself. The additional cost is usually the same price as the corresponding cassette pack. In return, you will be sent a letter of permission to duplicate plus cassette labels.

Site licence packs MUST be ordered directly from BBC Education: call 08705 210 292 between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. A £2 postage charge is added to orders within the UK. If you wish to order from outside the UK, please email our languages distribution centre for details.

BBC Worldwide Languages reserves the right to issue or withdraw site licences in any disputed cases.
