Ask students to discuss what jobs they are planning to do when they leave school. Will exams be important in helping them to enter their chosen profession? Are they aware of all the academic and vocational routes into employment that are available? Discuss whether or not there are still barriers for ethnic minorities in the workplace. If so, how can they be overcome?
