Classroom Ideas

This clip could be used to discuss how to deal with racism and to explain what institutional racism is. Ask the class to describe how Chetan felt in his previous school. What would they have done in his situation? What advice would you give to young people suffering racism and to young people acting in a racist way? If pupils had to talk about racism to a younger class, how would they explain it? Why is it an issue?
