Classroom Ideas

This clip is a useful way of learning about various aspects of Roman life. This could also be used within Art and Design lessons. Pupils could further research Roman clothing and equipment and design their own. Pupils could make Roman shoes, money purses, or design their own shield for their legion. To extend the task further, teachers could try and teach some Latin phrases that the Romans would have used. Pupils could then use the Latin and incorporate into their designs.
