A short boat ride away from Guadeloupe are Les Iles des Saintes. One, Terre- de-Eau, has a thriving tourist industry, while the other, Terre-de-Bas, is completely unspoilt. The mayor of Terre-de-Bas has ambitious plans to develop the island into a place where children can come and discover nature in a beautiful and unspoilt environment.
