We are taken through the basic steps of this non violent art form. A Capoeira expert demonstrates 'the jinga' which is the main step. He gives advice and encouragement to a group of young people and shows a variety of progressions and choreographic devices. The development of the main step using kicks, handstands, cartwheels and mirroring is clearly shown.
