Classroom Ideas

This clip could be used in a lesson about religion and charity. Groups of about six students are given a sum of (pretend) money. The teacher gives them instructions about what they have to do with that money - share it evenly, share it however they want, for example. After about two minutes, stop the class and get them to explain what they did with the money and why? Discuss whether there is any difference between giving money voluntarily and being forced into it. Remind students what Shadaqua is.
