A cross-curricular look at rain, using adjectives, music, dance and poetry to describe it. Includes descriptions of rain written by children. Instruments are used to create 'rain' sounds. A group of children put movements together to create a 'rain' dance. Finally we hear a rain poem written by children.

This clip can be used as a stimulus or reference to stimulate ideas. Teachers could use this clip to show examples of how dance and music can be interpreted to rain. Pupils could be challenged to create their own dance and music based on the ideas they have seen.
