Could be used as a lesson starter or plenary for pupils conducting food practical lessons or making use of industrial style food equipment. Pupils could then complete their own risk assessments for work in the classroom.

Could also be used as part of exam revision on health and safety issues when completing practical food work. In this instance, pupils could watch as part of a starter activity and make notes on the important points.
