The Company is run as both a small town shop/visitor attraction and as an internet outlet. The owners use the internet both to order stock and to make customer purchases as easy as possible. They explain how ongoing communications and marketing can encourage continuing trade from customers. The small scale of the company means the owners can keep this a hands-on business with more control over quality, product lines and staffing.
