Classroom Ideas

This clip could be used as a starting point for research into different political systems around the world and how the systems have advantages and disadvantages. Ask students to research other monarchies in the world and list what powers the monarch has in those states. How would students seek to reform the UK's system of government? Would they retain the monarch and the House of Lords?
