Classroom Ideas

Children could write instructions for a new zoo-keeper on how to exercise a sea lion. The instructions would consist of a 'You will need' section with information gathered from the clip and the step by step instructions either leading with an imperative or 'bossy' verb such as 'lift' or 'jump' or time connectives such as 'first' and 'next'.
