Classroom Ideas

Before viewing the clip, ask pupils to discuss the meanings of the words plague and miracle. Can they think of any examples? In what way do they impact on people and the world? Children could then work in groups to illustrate the ten plagues and describe what a miracle would be for them. They could also act out the Red Sea crossing as a round-up activity.
