Classroom Ideas

This clip could be used to explore the concept of symbolism in religion. Get the students to draw a picture of their bedroom. Then get them to label between five and ten things in the room identifying what those things say about the student. For example, a football may show that the student is sporty. Then give the students a picture of a Sukkah. During the clip, get the students to annotate the Sukkah referencing all of the symbolism that is highlighted in the clip.
