Pupils could be told what a push factor is, and then list at least five push factors of the area in the clip. They could separate the reasons into social, economic and environmental factors, then ask them to think of the corresponding 'pull' factors of a city. You could also pause the clip at a scene and use it in a lesson when you are teaching sketching skills.
