This clip could be used to prompt classroom discussion in order to answer these questions: How can IT change the way people work in car manufacturing, particularly at the design stage? Is there any reason to build a prototype of a new car? Have you any understanding or experience of using any of the software mentioned in the programme? Would you be interested in working in car manufacturing? If you wanted to work in a design or technical field, what other jobs might require IT skills?
